Cheesy Eggs and Ham...T-Rex I Am....

This is a post dated entry, so forgive the staleness of the topic.  Having a child seems to consistently remind me of some of my favorite childhood things.  I used to love the Dr. Seuss books.  If not my favorite, definitely in the top 5 was Green Eggs and Ham.  In the 2007 version by T-Rex the Green is substituted with Cheesy.   My always creative wife has introduced us to yet another thing to crave.  The list of cravings is ever growing much like my unstoppable waist line since finding out we were about to have a child.  Cheesy eggs, the tastiest egg morsel possible.  It is comprised of none other than eggs, cheese and a touch of milk or cream.  Top with salt, pepper and a touch of love and you have a meal fit to kill everyone with a cholesterol problem in the closest five mile radius.  Tasty as they are, the problem now a days is finding the time to make them.  Little Maya Rose seems to be taking up more and more of our time every day.  I guess we are just lucky that she is a tastier little morsel of fun, love and wonder.

In the picture above, Michelle is actually suckin down some cake icing that managed to escape certain mastication at our nephews 1st b-day party (over 2 years ago). However, no icing is safe around Michelle especially if it is her favorite kind (which this was). I just felt that the imagery was appropriate for this entry.
